Friday, July 4th, 2008- Hey from a “sagebrush saddle”. It’s windy but the view is great, so I think I spend the night here. #
- Yesterday, future PCT thru-hiker, Jeff, was serving food and beverages to hikers at Sonora Pass. That was a nice treat. #
- Tommorrow, at Carson Pass there is a thru-hiker BBQ, I heard. I should be able to make it. #
- I have been dragging lately. I think it may be because I didn’t send myself any ginko in my last package. #
- Soon I’ll be at Echo Lake were I have more ginko bilbo in my box. Then I will be hiking better, I hope. #
- It’s really windy up here. I probally should have hiked down off the crest. But the view the thing. #
- I slept here last time too. It was windy then. #
- There are still patches of snow on the trail. I want to be done with the snow. #
- I hope the BBQ will be enough motivation to get me down the trail tomorrow. #
- Time to try to get some sleep while these crazy wind gust blow around me. Goodnight. #
