I drank a lot of this stuff while on the trail. When I could find a store that sold Crystal Light Energy drink, I would buy 5 boxes at a time. It is remarkably light, tasty, and contains B vitamins and caffeine.
I don’t know what they put in these little packets but it is powerfully sweet and flavorful.
